AMBER’S STORY

Amber’s love of music comes from Robertson in the Southern Highlands where she lives on a farm with her family, horses and Maton guitar. Her beguiling melodies and honest lyricism illustrate a gift beyond her years of experience as a singer-songwriter.

“To write a good story that people can relate to, is magical. When all the parts come together, I feel creatively satisfied.”

Amber grew up in the Blue Mountains and her love for singer songwriter music goes far back to a wide number of influences including Lauren Hill, Tina Harrod, Melissa Etheridge, Joni Mitchell, Patty Griffin, Dolly Parton, Gillian Welch and Damian Rice.

Her debut EP “Out in the Open” was released in 2022 and she graduated from the 2023 Academy of Country Music as well as performed at Tamworth Country Festival in 2023 and 2024.  She performs with other incredible artists including Clare O'Meara, Lloyd Swanton, Tim Bradley,  Jo Caseley, Ron Volcich and Beth Lucas and works with producers such as Ben Fink, Syd Green and Nash Chambers.

Amber made her Nashville debut in 2023 including a performance at the iconic BLUEBIRD CAFE as part of the 2023 Americana Festival plus played at other notable venues. Amber has a love of co-writing and has written songs with the likes of Lyn Bowtell, Alan Caswell, Liam Kennedy-Clark, Jane Bach, Alyssa Trahan, Patricia Conroy and Dave Thomson.

Amber is incredibly excited to record her debut album in 2024.
